When will my credit card be refunded?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7-10 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a confirmation of approval. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution). Please retain your FedEx drop off receipt for proof of return until you receive your refund.

How do I submit a return

To start your return process, all you need to do is submit a request online by clicking here. Once your return request is all set, you'll be able to choose whether you'd like to print a return label or use the provided QR code. Simply pack up your items, attach the label or scan the code, and drop it off at any FedEx location. You'll get a confirmation email once your return is approved. Just give it 7-10 business days after approval for your refund to go through. Remember, items marked as FINAL SALE can't be returned or exchanged. Don't forget to hang onto your FedEx drop off receipt until you see your refund come through.

How do I cancel my order

In an effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is placed. We offer free returns should you need to return an item. If you have additional questions please contact our customer experience team at hello@liverpoolstyle.com.

Returns and exchanges

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Orders after 30 days will not be accepted. Merchandise marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Please retain your FedEx drop off receipt for proof of return until you receive your refund. Liverpool will accept returns and exchanges from U.S. HI/AK/PR and all Canadian orders, however, Liverpool will not cover the costs of such returns and exchanges. Applicable costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
