HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

We have extended our 30-day return policy to allow more flexibility in purchasing holiday gifts. Purchases made between November 1st - December 31st, 2023, that meet the return requirements, may be returned through January 31st, 2024.

Exciting Shipping Update: We're thrilled to share we've upgraded our shipping carrier to FedEx from UPS. This change enables us to offer you an even more dependable and streamlined shipping experience. As part of this transition, we're introducing the printerless QR code option for returns, available at eligible FedEx Office and Walgreens locations. We appreciate your unwavering support!

OUR RETURN POLICY 

  • All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt with all LIVERPOOL tags attached. 
  • Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. No Exceptions.
  • Merchandise marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Make sure to use the return label provided to you when you generate a return.
  • We cannot accept international returns at this time.
  • We do not refund ground or expedited shipping costs.
  • We only accept returns on items purchased through www.liverpoolstyle.com
  • We cannot accept returns on items purchased from other websites, retailers or department stores. 
    HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN
    • Please submit a return request online here.
    • Enter your Order# and Zip Code
      • Your order number is printed on your packing slip labeled PO#
      • You can also find your order# from the confirmation email
    • Click start a return
    • Choose the item you wish to return/ exchange
    • Select Exchange or Return
    • Please note you can only exchange for a different size of the same style and color
      • Once your return submission has been submitted, you will be able to download and print a return label.
      • Please use the packing slip provided and place unwanted items inside the box with your return.
      • Place the return label outside the carton and be sure to remove all other labels on the carton or use the printerless QR code to drop off carton. Note: FedEx Express packaging cannot be used for returns/exchanges.
      • You may drop off your return with printed label at any FedEx location or with QR code at any eligible FedEx Office or Walgreens location. Please retain your FedEx drop off receipt for proof of return until you receive your refund.
      • Please allow 7-10 business days after your return is received and approved to receive your refund.
