OUR RETURN POLICY

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt with all LIVERPOOL tags attached.

Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. No Exceptions.
Make sure to use the return label provided to you when you generate a return.
We cannot accept international returns at this time.

  • We do not refund expedited shipping costs.
  • We only accept returns on items purchased through www.liverpooljeans.com
  • We cannot accept returns on items purchased from other websites, retailers or department stores.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN

  • Please submit a return request online at the footer of our site at the link labeled Returns + Exchanges
  • Enter your Order# and Zip Code
  • Your order number is printed on your packing slip labeled PO#
  • You can also find your order# from the confirmation email
  • Click start a return
  • Choose the item you wish to return/ exchange
  • Select Exchange or Return

Please note you can only exchange for a different size of the same style and color
Once your return submission has been submitted, you will be able to download and print a return label.

  • Please use the packing slip provided and place unwanted items inside the box with your return.
  • Place the return label outside the carton and be sure to remove all other labels on the carton.
  • You may drop off your return at any UPS location.
  • Please allow 7-10 business after your return is received and approved to receive your refund.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free ground shipping and returns (US only except HI/AK/PR) We offer expedited shipping through UPS for a fee.

WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We partner with UPS to get your LIVERPOOL pieces to you!

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O.Box addresses.
