Due to our yearly inventory processing, orders received by December 21st by 12:00pm PST will be shipped by December 29th. All orders received December 21st, 2023, after 12:00pm PST through January 15th, 2024, will begin processing January 16th through January 31st, 2024.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you submit your order. Once your order is successfully authorized, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7-10 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a confirmation of approval. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that we only accept returns purchased through our online store www.liverpoolstyle.com. If you placed your order through another website, retailer or department store, we kindly ask to address your return or exchange inquiries with them.
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Orders after 30 days will not be accepted.
Liverpool will accept returns and exchanges from U.S. HI/AK/PR and all Canadian orders, however, Liverpool will not cover the costs of such returns and exchanges. Applicable costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN
Please submit a return request online here. Once your return submission has been submitted, you will be able to download and print a return label. Please use the packing slip provided and place unwanted items inside the box with your return. Place the return label outside the carton and be sure to remove all other labels on the carton. You may drop off your return at any FedEx location. You may also arrange a pick-up with FedEx online at FedEx.com. Upon approval of your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7-10 business days after approval to receive your refund.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE
At this time, we only accept exchanges for different sizes of the same style and color. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange using the complimentary return label provided to you when you process a return on our website. If you mark the return as an exchange, you will be prompted to select a different size. Send the pair you want to return and your exchange order will ship out once you have shipped your return to us. To process an exchange for a different style or color, please submit a return and place a new order online at www.liverpoolstyle.com.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER
In an effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is placed. We offer free returns should you need to return an item.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders over $175 (excluding HI/AK/PR/VI). Free Standard Ground Orders are shipped via FEDEX. Orders $174.99 and under will ship for a flat fee of $12. All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. We ship out Monday- Friday at 5:00 pm PST excluding Holidays. Please note that we currently do not offer free international shipping. All freight charges as well as any duties and taxes will be charged at the time of checkout.
Please note: We are currently unable to ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
CAN I SHIP AN ORDER TO A PO BOX?
No P.O. boxes please. We ship only to valid physical, residential and business addresses.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
